At the Steadman Group, we created this site to serve as a vital resource for Colorado’s behavioral health providers, with a special focus on practitioners in rural, remote, and disproportionately impacted communities. By strengthening and supporting these providers, we believe we can help ensure all Coloradans have access to high-quality behavioral health care.

• Courses - Our self-paced courses simplify complex processes to support Colorado behavioral health providers. One module will walk you through the essentials of what to do as a new behavioral health provider to help you can get started with confidence. Providers participating in RMHP’s value-based payment program will also find guidance on program goals, expectations, and practical strategies for success.
• Community and Connection - A space to build community, foster collaboration, and support one another. Connect with other Colorado behavioral health providers and people who want to support Colorado’s behavioral health providers. Join a discussion board and meet fellow Colorado behavioral health providers. Ask questions, share insights, and exchange resources with others who understand the work and its challenges.
